We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our team and lead the development of core HR functions — from talent acquisition and onboarding to fostering a strong corporate culture. The ideal candidate is a dynamic professional with a background in manufacturing and a structured, strategic approach to human resource management.
Key Responsibilities
- Organizing and managing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees
- Designing and implementing training and employee development programs
- Developing systems for employee motivation and engagement
- Maintaining HR documentation in full compliance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Tajikistan
- Supporting and promoting the company’s corporate culture
- Collaborating with department heads and providing expert HR consultation
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR role (preferably within a manufacturing company)
- In-depth understanding of the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, motivation
- Solid knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Tajikistan and experience in HR administration
- Proficiency in 1C and Microsoft Excel
- Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
