We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our team and lead the development of core HR functions — from talent acquisition and onboarding to fostering a strong corporate culture. The ideal candidate is a dynamic professional with a background in manufacturing and a structured, strategic approach to human resource management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organizing and managing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees
  • Designing and implementing training and employee development programs
  • Developing systems for employee motivation and engagement
  • Maintaining HR documentation in full compliance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Tajikistan
  • Supporting and promoting the company’s corporate culture
  • Collaborating with department heads and providing expert HR consultation

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR role (preferably within a manufacturing company)
  • In-depth understanding of the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, motivation
  • Solid knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Tajikistan and experience in HR administration
  • Proficiency in 1C and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
